Charles T. DuMars is a Professor Emeritus of Law at the University of New Mexico School of Law where for 25 years he taught courses in Water Law, Indian Water Law, Constitutional Law, Mining Law, and Civil Procedure. In 1999, he returned to the full-time practice of law at LRPA where he focuses on water and environmental law, interstate compact negotiations and litigation, constitutional law and complex litigation matters. Year after year, he is named among “America’s Best Lawyers”.
